"We had issues with the bathroom. The toilet wouldn’t flush and the water pressure in the shower was weak."

"This motel is fairly new so the furniture is not filthy dirty or outdated. The bed was comfortable. However, somehow it sounded like the rooms were getting overbooked. We booked a double Queen and a King room but were given 2 double Queens. After inquiring at the desk again, we managed to get a King room. Something with the computers mustn’t have been working right because the staff was on the phone with someone to figure out who gets what room. We asked for complimentary water bottles but...

"This property is an excellent value for the cost, and right across the highway from King's Island! We just needed a clean place to sleep, and I was impressed by the generously sized fridge and the microwave in the room. While the property is not new by any stretch, our room was clean and so was the rest of the property. If your room faces the highway, the traffic is loud. I use special sleeping era buds, so it didn't matter to me, but if traffic noise bothers you, ask for a west facing room."

"The room and breakfast were really great. It would be nice if the TVs were 'smart' so I could sign into my netflix or something, rather than channel surf, but that's just a nitpick. My main issue was that the pool was a big reason I booked...but it didn't look welcoming at all. My kids said it looked like somewhere a teenager in a horror movie would go into. It's not that it looked dirty or anything, just... deserted and uninviting. It didn't look fun. But I will say again, the breakfast was...

I had a couple of interactions with the staff and they were great, no issues at all with the service. The location was convenient for the purpose of my trip, there were nearby restaurants and shops, I would definitely stay there again."
