"Staff at the check in and out was excellent. Very energetic and positive. Helpful about our dog and places to go for a lunch. Knew all about the details of the local riverfest which is why we were there. Very good location to everything. Our room was fine but not cleaned very well. Bathroom was clean but the tables next to our bed not so. Also, it felt like it was not well vacuumed. The door lock to our room worked with card key but the privacy lock on the knob did not work. I think it was broken. However the other piece that prevents the door from being opened at eye level seemed fine."

"Staff was very helpful. I had a little trouble checking in on the kiosk, but that was my hearing issue. Parking was easy. Don't forget to put the parking pass in your car. Breakfast good. Thank you was for putting us on the quiet side of the building."
