She made sure everything went smoothly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Her customer service really stood out, and she made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay and staff who actually care about making sure everything is taken care of. "For the price, you would think there would be compromises to the quality, but no - this hotel appears to be updated throughout. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast did not include hot-cooked selections such as eggs/bacon/potatoes, etc. but was certainly adequate with lots of pastries, breads, cereals, yogurt, fruit.... but let's be real, the waffle maker is all some of us need and they do have that too! My only complaint was the coffee, it was awful. It was fresh brewed but tasted like their coffee beans are wicked stale. AND artificial non-dairy creamer, terrible! If they could improve the coffee service, it would make for a very pleasant stay. Definitely a nice stay at a very low price."

"clean room, weird parking lot more gravel than pavement. It was a very hot day and the AC was really struggling when I got there. didn't cool off real good until middle of the night"
