Beautiful new hotel on the beach. Grounds are immaculately kept. Nice pool & bathing area under palm trees. Beach bar too. Food was nice and open all hours. Can walk via the beach to other restaurants easily. Would recommend the dolphin watching & snorkelling on pigeon island. You can go to Nilaveli for the day for a more quiet, cleaner beach.

We got a friendly greeting when we arrived and drinks brought to us on Reception. All staff are very friendly. The room was beautiful and very spacious. We had a junior suite and it was the best room I’ve ever stayed in. We were able to add room service and meals to our bill to pay by card when we checked out. Easy walk to the beach. Lovely swimming pool. Good Sri Lankan breakfast. Room is fairly small but has all you need. Good airconditioning. TV with English film channels. Bathroom, - shower with hot water. Kettle teabags etc. Good WiFi. Close to restaurants and bars. Generally very pleasant and good value for money. Staff friendly and efficient.

We are a couple from Cyprus and we stayed at this hotel for a total of 2 nights. This is a relatively new hotel right by the beach. The people are very friendly and they do homemade cooked meals and breakfast. The owner Jaycob is a very nice and friendly person who is always willing to help. On our last day we had to leave early so they made home made rotis for us to take with us and I must say they were the best breakfast rotis we had in Sri Lanka. Clean, simple room, clean bathroom, helpful staff , beach and restaurants in walking distance. Staff helpful, pool ok , bed not very comfortable, cramped space.
