Excellent location. Bakery and restaurants a few minutes away from apartment and just a short walk to the main area of town. Very clean, very nice place to stay, and communication with management was outstanding. Would definitely consider staying there again!

The location of this apartment was perfect, just a short walk from the centre and had everything required on our doorstep. The place overall was modern and clean. However, for the price, I do have some feedback… The electronic keypad on the front door didn’t work and we arrived late at night so had to telephone for help, this wasnt easy via the automated service as it didn’t have an option to speak to a person but if you just stay on the Line after the options have ended it will connect you. We then got the code to the key box and just used the physical key during our stay. The bed was super creaky, I was sharing with a friend and turning over in the night was so loud we wereworried to move and wake one another. It was comfy though. There was very little in the way of storage, no drawers! We managed but a small chest of drawers in the hallway (which is huge) would be super helpful. Understanding the recycling and bags required was impossible and there was insufficient guidance so we ended up throwing everything in one bag in the rubbish … this has to be improved as I felt really bad doing this! Helpful to know that kitchen cleaning bits were supplied but we took oil, salt and pepper which helped. It would be good if these essentials were supplied. Take your own tea facilities, very little supplied. No toiletries supplied as far as I know, but there was shower gel and conditioner.., presumably left from another guest though as it wasn’t a set or anything. it did the job!

Very straightforward to check in, great apartment in a really good location. Maximum of 15 minute walk to everything within the town centre and we managed to find a slope outside so that our kids could sledge just outside of the apartment block. Managed to see the northern lights from under the bridge outside the hotel (created enough of a shadow to see as is very well lit in this area) Would definitely stay here again x

Apartment was super clean, warm and inviting. Small issue with door lock but resolved itself in a minute. Kitchen fitted out nicely. Super nice views, only a quick walk to tourist centre. The washing machine walks on spin cycles. But love having a machine in apartment very handy.

Für uns hatte das Apartment die beste Lage überhaupt. Wir sind mit dem Flughafen-Expressbus bis zur letzten Station (Hotel Dock) gefahren und von dort waren es nur noch ein paar Schritte bis zur Unterkunft – sehr bequem mit Gepäck. Besonders begeistert hat uns der wunderschöne Ausblick vom Apartment:  Blick auf die Eismeerkathedrale und die umliegenden Berge – einfach traumhaft! Auch das Arctic Gate (Arktische Tor) ist direkt nebenan. Von dort kann man bei guter Sicht sogar Polarlichter beobachten. Das Apartment war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Wenn wir wieder in Tromsø sind, werden wir definitiv dieses Apartment erneut buchen!

Everything.. instructions for the garbage dump was a bit confusing and the cover for the garbage was hidden somewhere in the bin .it was a bit confuding and had to get new garbage bags. Apart from that everything was great 👍

This hotel fully met my expectations. I mainly needed: 1. Close to activity meeting points – only an 8–9 minute walk. ​ 2. Cooking facilities – the kitchen has a wok and cooking pot, great for simple meals. ​ 3. Clean and tidy – the apartment was clean and tidy. Perfect stay! Also, guests who plan to cook in the apartment are recommended to bring cooking oil, salt and basic seasonings.

Great little apartment with fantastic view. The bedroom is very small which was a bit of a novelty but all part of the experience. The shower wasn't brilliant but adequate and not enough to deter us from staying again. The kitchen was well equipped with really good quality pans and crockery. Excellent cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Apartment was very warm and comfortable. We couldn’t find our apartment block at first but we found the reception staff in the adjacent block who were very helpful. The room was clean and fresh. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again if we ever returned to Tromso.

Schönes kleines Apartment mit allem was man so braucht. Sämtliche Kontakte nur digital. Einfache & eindeutige Kommunikation. Lage in Tromsø ist fantastisch. ;-)

The apartment was very nice and well located. Nice and warm, almost too warm. The main downside was that the entry code I had been given was wrong and we had to ring the contact centre to sort out. Overall equipment was good though would be nice to have some salt, pepper, oil as only staying for 2 days.

Leider waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt insgesamt eher unzufrieden, auch wenn die Lage der Unterkunft wirklich gut ist. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, die man fußläufig oder in kurzer Zeit erreichen kann. Was uns direkt aufgefallen ist: In der Küche fehlte die Grundausstattung an Gewürzen – nicht einmal Salz oder Pfeffer waren vorhanden. Für ein Apartment mit Küche gehört das für uns zur Basis. Zudem war es in der Wohnung sehr kalt. Der Balkon war komplett mit vereistem Schnee bedeckt, nicht geräumt und dadurch nicht nutzbar, da sich die Tür gar nicht öffnen ließ. Das Bett hat extrem gequietscht, was einen erholsamen Schlaf nahezu unmöglich machte. Zusätzlich waren die Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer viel zu dünn, sodass es sehr früh sehr hell im Raum war. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig: Auf Sofa und Stühlen waren deutlich sichtbare Flecken. Am Anreisetag funktionierte das Codepanel der Eingangstür nicht. Zwar haben wir über den Chat relativ schnell Hilfe bekommen, jedoch wurde uns zugesichert, dass das Problem am nächsten Tag behoben wird – was bis zu unserer Abreise leider nicht passiert ist. Insgesamt hatten wir das Gefühl, bei Problemen auf uns allein gestellt zu sein. Zwar gibt es eine Rezeption, diese war jedoch so gut wie nie besetzt, und auch über den Chat erhält man nicht immer zeitnah eine Antwort. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Lage der Unterkunft sowie die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der direkten Umgebung.
