"We had a wonderful stay at Comfort Hotel Xpress Tromsø! The room was spotless, the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the self check-in process was smooth and efficient — one of the best we’ve experienced. We also felt very safe throughout our stay, which made a big difference. One small suggestion: it would be helpful to have clearer information about the extra blanket stored in the drawer under the bed. We only discovered it by chance, and a simple note in the room could make future guests’ stays even more comfortable. Highly recommended!"

"The property is very basic but it has everything needed, comfortable bed, great shower and very cozy!! It was also very clean. Staff were great, very helpful and friendly! "

"The hotel was further from town than we thought, but we took an uber and that was convenient. The one thing that I did not appreciate is that you had no control over room temperature. We were there in the winter and the heat was up to high for us, we literally had to open the window while it was snowing to cool our room down. Other than that, the staff was nice and helpful."
