"Check-in was convenient. The room was clean and quiet. The disappointment was that our rooms were in the basement with shared bathroom. They were not like the picture shows on the front of the water. "

"Beautiful place by the fjords. Blessed to see the northern lights both nights that we were there by just stepping outside the hotel restaurant and out at our cabin balcony. Absolutely amazing and hassle free. Restaurant offered nice meals. We were 9 traveling together. 6 of us stayed at a beautiful cabin and 3 at the hotel. Staff very nice and helpful. "The hotel was further from town than we thought, but we took an uber and that was convenient. The one thing that I did not appreciate is that you had no control over room temperature. We were there in the winter and the heat was up to high for us, we literally had to open the window while it was snowing to cool our room down. Other than that, the staff was nice and helpful."
