Two bedroom townhouse was good. However, bedding on one bed had long black hairs on sheets and pillows. House could use minor updating but for the price it was fine.

Room was clean if you don’t look under the bed. We lost a toy and fished it from under the bed totally dusty. One bed was falling apart, the side near legs was dangerously leaning over. Mattress was loud and bumpy. All doors creaked - if one of the family members was going to the bathroom during the night, everyone was going to wake up! 😂 Internet was spotty, so everyone had a withdrawal symptoms 😁 I’m giving 4 stars for the location and the fair price.

The room was dirty. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept on and squeaked loudly with any movement (I’m 140 lbs). The cleaning crew came into our room to take the trash out, change towels and threw away some of items we purposefully didn’t throw away in an effort to clean up the room but they didn’t make the bed! At that point, I would have preferred that they didn’t come in since it was only a 2 day stay. The AC unit/ heater was so loud that it wasn’t an option to sleep with it on. The upside is the woman at the front desk was very nice and friendly, the shower had hot water and good pressure, and the toilet had a strong flush. There is a grocery market across the street which had solid variety, including healthy options, and really fair pricing. It’s also less than 20 minutes away from Bryce Canyon NP’s visitor center. Despite all this, I would not return and would rather spend an extra $100/ night for a more comfortable and clean stay.

We were excited to stay in a little cabin. We planned on roughing it a bit since it's a cabin. The beds in cabin number 7. We're the worst. With every movement it creaked loudly. It was not comfortable. Under the bed had not been cleaned, for months I'm guessing. The room was well insulated. Shower was clean and good size. The coffee pot filter area was not clean. After 2 days of hiking Bryce, a better bed would have been nice. When we put our keys in the drop box it wasn't even locked which was weird but we're from California.

It was hard to find the phone number to call ahead for check in. Therecwas no remote to the tv and no one at the desk at 8:30 when we called. Also the room had a coffee pot, but no coffee supplies. The desk clerk when we checked in was very friendly and helpful.

The cabin was adequate for 4 adults. It wasn't a fancy upscale stay but it was close to town and had good access to the park. It was a home with kitchen and laundry machine so if you wanted to save some money, this is a good choice.

I stayed in the cabins a couple years ago. Something has changed since then and the value just wasn’t the same. The property seems to be aging - can’t quite put my finger on it. Maybe it was the coffee they seemed to have run out of and I had to go to the office a couple of times to get it. Just average at best.

Parking was fine, the only issue was that the floor was greasy and filthy. Tried to wipe it up and the rag was black. There were what looked like blood stains on the sheets. Evwn the lampshade was sideways when we got in, which shows that someone didn’t do a great job checking the place after cleaning. Doing a better job of cleaning would go a long way.

The pictures on the Expedia site were not what we found. The cabin was very cute but did not have separate rooms, it was basically a hotel room with 2 queen beds and a bathroom. The pictures showed a couch sitting area and a bedroom and kitchenette. It was good, just not what I expected.

Parking was right beside the cabin. Even though the cabin was near a main road, it was quiet and cozy. The check-in staff was warm and friendly. There are restaurants and a nice convenience store within walking distance.

Wi-fi didn't work at all. Was unable to watch any streaming. Channels were extremely limited and couldn't reach anyone to help. Rooms weren't particularly clean. Dropped something and looked under the bed, pretty gross.
