"Really welcoming. Walkable from Bari Central station - only stayed for one night. Breakfast in the morning was also good"

"The hotel was a great base , the centre of Bari was a 40 min walk away which we did do & we also caught the local public bus which takes about 15 mins & only costs 1 euro each way if you purchase ticket from a tabaconists prior. Pool was out of use as out of season . Breakfasts were ample to start the day off. More of a business hotel & would have preferred to be closer to centre but a good base."

"The property itself, for myself, an American, was a little difficult to get to. But once we arrived, the staff was so courteous and attentive. The room was very pretty and so clean. Everywhere was walkable and the staff in the stores were extremely kind to us. I hope to be back again. Thank you for having us."

"It was late when we checked in, and the desk staff was so very helpful. Parking is tricky but she made sure I had the correct directions. We had a good night sleep. Breakfast was nice with a good selection and very attentive wait staff. Highly recommend this property!"

"I had to bring my wife at the last moment. No room change was requested, and I was fully transparent about arriving with my wife. However, I was charged additional fees despite there being no extra requirements or services needed for the room. These rooms are clearly designed to accommodate at least two people."

"Nette/schone kamer,niks op aan te merken. Ligging op 10 min lopen van treinstation. Communicatie,overigens zeer duidelijk en eenvoudig,met verhuurder gaat allemaal via mail en whatsapp."

"If u you travel by train better stay excelsior easy reach station and easy walk to old town the major places interest in here. Many Restaurant near by hotel or in old town. But it's difficult to get room in excelsior becaud of high occupancy"

"After noon chocolate hour was great. Bar was fully stocked and had anything you wanted. Decor and atmosphere was fantastic. "

"the location is good, about 1 mile from Bari Centrale train station and about .5 miles from the Old Town. I asked for fresh towels after day 2 and was told that I would receive them, and never did. The bath towels don't dry in the bathroom. So, that was annoying to me. Also, the TV didn't work. Breakfast had a nice assortment."

"We enjoyed our stay. No front desk but if you download their app it is easy to communicate.. Short walk from train station. Easy stroll to old town of Bari. Clean room - nice breakfast just down the hall. Our room had a large terrace overlooking the city. Comfortable bed. Would stay here again. "
