"Chelsea and Paulo was very excellent with speaking to me about the mistake that were mad by Expedia, when I booked my stay which was supposed to be from the 18th to the 20 of July.
They worked hard with me to try and correct the problem, which unfortunately I had already book the 18th at another hotel and couldn't get my money back.
But they both get a 5 star from me."
