"Air conditioning sucked there. Were stains on the sheets they lied about having a fitness center was only there 3 hours and wanted to leave but couldn’t because they wouldn’t give me a refund. The phone in the room didn’t work none of the ice machines worked but the one on the first floor. The breakfast was so gross the waffle was dry and flavorless and the juice was so water down not funny. They had bugs crawling around."

"Beach clean, not crowded in he slightest. Hotel has dozens of beach chairs you simply grab in the way to the beach, no cost, very nice. Lobby has nice free coffee. Was a very nice weekend - thanks !"

"I have been staying at the Borgata for the last 20 years and I must say I was pretty disappointed. The outdoor garden bar and pool were closed. A ton of the gambling machines were out of service. It looks like they are replacing the older gambling machines with newer ones. We ended up going to the ocean’s Casino the last two days while staying at the Borgata and decided to extend our stay at Ocean’s for an extra day I don’t believe I will be back."

"I took pictures, bc the sheet had an odd stain...there were odd brown spots on the ceiling in the bathroom, and bubbling in the bathroom ceiling as well. The coffee filter had a used dry coffee pack still in it, and I requested a smoking room. Didn't get it, had to go back and request a switch."

"Outdated, webs and dust in the room. Didn't look like bedding was changed. We slept on top of the blanket. Cigarette holes in blanket. Duck tape on the wall to cover up a whole. The water in the bathroom had a strong smell of lead or iron."

"The building is very old and requires alot of repairs. The rug carpet very old, and appears dirty. Overall, maintenance is needed urgently. The refrigerator had black mold, and had to be cleaned thoroughly. The air did feel fresh at all. Would not recommend!!! The hotel is in urgent need of repairs!!!"

"Disgusting beyond. There were crack heads smoking out in front of us. Loud all night. Also Prostitutes! The room was the most dirtiest place we ever stayed at. Honestly it would have been safer and cleaner to have slept in the beach"
