Older property in neighborhood close to university. Our room was tiny, not private, furniture was rickety, only one small wooden chair to sit on. The bed faced the bathroom and the make -shift kitchen - it felt like we were in a 1972 mobile home that we spent $343 a night - a total rip-off from the owners! The manager was sweet and did get best....

First, thank you for choosing to support small business Ken. We understand that sometimes people that stay with us don't really know about Bed and Breakfasts and the charm that comes with staying in an older home and the hospitality, that is okay. But, just to be clear all of the furnishings are new, the decor is southwestern and you have a private entrance to your room without going through the main house. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave and refrigerator for your convenience and many people find that handy. All the best to you

Good choice
Great locstion, great breakfast and great bed...with nice host to boot. We would happily return. Our room and bathroom were a little cramped, but adequate. Bathroom is set to be redone.

Like a comfortable home
This location was charming to say the least, we believe it is one of the most interesting places we stayed thus far.. It is beautifully adorned in Southwestern charm and well laid out for its purposes of a bed and breakfast. This has extremely good UofA Campus access as well. - Tom is a Gem!

The owner was very accomodating and flexible, the breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the room was very comfortable and well-appointed. It was quiet, clean and very safe. It was a tremendous value and I am looking forward to staying here the next time I visit Tucson.

A Southwest Adobe gem
It was the most excellent. We stayed in the family unit which had a mountain view (our own deck and patio as well). A southwest/romantic style with flowers and plants and beautiful landscaping, with a few quiet courtyards to choose from for tranquil relaxation; and sunny poolside ( pool not heated yet however ). The Innkeeper performed culinary expertise with elaborate breakfasts with wholesome ingredients; we weren’t hungry the rest of the day. This gem is in a safe, quiet, more upscale southwest neighborhood walking distance from the college; a quiet beautiful campus to explore.

Charming accommodations near campus
Terrific location within walking distance of campus. Homemade breakfasts were delicious. We were treated like guests in someone’s home. Our family spent one night sitting around the dining room table playing games. Thank you for the hospitality!

Tom (the innkeeper) is absolutely amazing! Everybody is very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was incredible (easily a five star breakfast) and everything was very clean. If you are looking for a quaint little place to stay while in Tucson - this is the place! Highly recommend and we truly enjoyed staying here.

Host is so sweet! This isn’t a huge hotel. This is a small house with a host who really cares. He makes breakfast for you and makes sure you’re taken care of! Traveling alone? Don’t worry! The other guests will talk to you during breakfast :)

First stay here, but not last
We came to Tucson for a U of A football game and to relive some old college memories. The location was perfect - only a 5 minute walk to the stadium, and a short drive to all the old haunts around campus. We also loved the breakfast. We will be back!
