"The apartment was lovely! Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The kitchen area was a lovely surprise, especially the snacks and drinks that were included. "We stayed 4 nights. Note the Reinoso seems to be the newer section of the main hotel Murillo, and has a separate entrance on the other side of the laneway. We were originally given a ground floor room which was a bit dark and I found noisy (I am a light sleeper). Maya at reception found us another room on the 2nd floor and it was perfect for our needs. She was the stand out, warm and friendly all the time, unlike some of the others on reception who didn't bother to say hello or good evening...

"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."
