"We had issues with our room. The tv had black lines running down the screen so the kids didn’t enjoy watching the tv. Aldo the phones were down so in order to get any service we had to go to reception. When we told the lady at reception regarding the phones she very rudely told us that we had to use whatsapp to request services such as room service or anything. "Rooms are super outdated , bed was decent but overall it was still peasant stay . The staff was very friendly, I enjoyed their night shows and the food was good which made up for the outdated hotel . For price and a few days not bad . Would encourage for updated pics . "

"To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk.
