"When we arrived it was 37,5 degrees Celsius in the room. Turned on the AC but after 1,5 it was still 34. A clean and nice place. But the service level from the staff is not exactly 5 star. Nice place, but now ended up as a nightmare night from a sleeping point of view. //David"

"The staff was very helpful but the hotel has some disappointing features - the balcony has holes large enough for a 2 year old to go through, the metal bunk beds were missing some back area so could not use the bottom, they started painting the hallway while we were still in the room (on checkout day), we had some ants etc. Did not try the breakfast, not convinced by the smell. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, clean, and very comfortable. The lobby was beautiful, spacious, and created a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. One small suggestion for improvement would be the coffee from the breakfast machine, as we didn't find it very good. "The room was peaceful and spacious, with an opening window and a balcony door that let in lots of fresh air. The bed was firm which I find very comfortable. The staff were particularly helpful, carrying bags & providing us with pots of tea at odd times (no kettle in the room). The decor may be somewhat dated but I value tranquility and kindness over a spa bath any day"
