The villa is situated on a hilltop, offering stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, the ruins of ancient Carthage, and the nearby city of Tunis. The vistas add to the villa’s appeal, making it a tranquil escape with a backdrop of rich historical landscapes, and stunning view of the 2 Horns (mountains)! Wonderful concierge service, arranged everything for us.

Elegant hotel in a great location! All the staff were extremely helpful, kind and professional. My check-in was pretty quick and I enjoyed my beautiful suite, breakfast was outstanding too with a unique view so i highly recommend this hotel. I would like to thank the front desk team for their hospitality. The spa ladies too,i really enjoyed the spa facilities. Special thanks housekeeping lady who took care of my suite. she is a trustworthy person, always smiling and spreading positive vibes. Thanks again guys, see you very soon!

Emplacement de l hôtel très bien. Chee se mare spacieuse et confortable. Personnel agréable. Petit déjeuner moyen pour ce genre d'établissement qui devrait être plus étoffé. De plus l hôtel se transforme en boîte de nuit le soir mais le soucis c est que l on entend le son des basses se répercute dans les chambre.

L'endroit est magnifique, la vue est sublime. La musique au bar etait très forte jusqu'à 2h, ce qui nous a empêché de dormir. Nous avons été réveillés tôt par le bruit du rangement (tirage de chaises etc..) Malheureusement cet hôtel a perdu son calme alors que nous y sommes revenus cherchant un endroit reposant.

I've stayed there before and I've noticed that throughout the years, their focus has turned more on the lounge and restaurant. As residents, we've noticed a lot of missing/non functioning items in the room. The cleaning lady was so nice to help us with our needs but when it comes to room services we were struggling a bit. Food came late on a lot of occasions even when we've specified the timing. At the restaurant, some of the waiters were so rude to us and I even reported some of their behavior to the receptionist. When the receptionist confronted the waiter, he yelled at me saying that I'm trying to get him fired when I was just reporting a 45 minutes wait to be attended. That behavior wasn't professional and the environment felt hostile. I wish the managers put more focus on training their staff on good services. It's a 5 stars hotel and it's not cheap at all so I was expecting good quality, The receptionists are very good though, very service minded and well managed, I was just struggling with delays every time I've requested something. They either forget to take forever to get our request. The spa was amazing, we did a hammam and it was totally worth it. Would I go back to Villa Didon, maybe but hopefully they would improve their services by that time
