"Our room had a strange smell and was surface-level clean. Pool was cloudy but nice and staff was very friendly."

"Room space was good but needs some attention with the cleaning. Parking is a little bit tight and garbage can full of trash and was too loud around the hotel. I paid the room with continental breakfast and there was no breakfast at all the coffee machine was without coffee or even clean."

"The room was dirty and had a horrible smell. The bathtub had mildew all over it. The carpet was absolutely gross. Baseboards, corners, sink, and everything was just grimy. The refrigerator worked but had a broken piece on the inside. Spend an extra few dollars and stay somewhere else. Oh and they wouldn't let us have extra towels. I have never stayed anywhere that you couldn't have extra towels."

"The first impression walking into the first entrance doors was negative. It smelled of Marijuana. The check-in was easy but nothing was explained about check out. The following morning they began knocking on the door at 1020 in the morning. In a hours time they had knocked on my door 5 times. The room smelled horrible. The sheets and pillows had stains and also smelled strongly of Marijuana. One staff member was very rude when there was a mix up of check out at 1100 instead of 12. I will not...

"My friend and I were in town for a show and Hotel Tupelo was a great choice, not only for location but the hotel and restaurant staff were fantastic. The room was clean and being able to park on the street was super handy. I will definitely be back."

"1 star review because there was a mix up with the room keys and awoke to someone trying to enter our room in the middle of the night claiming this was there room. Some how our room keys were disabled and a new set was issued to another guest."
