"This place obviously has been being upgraded and spruced up but we had no heat and no hot water. The grounds were shabby as it needed mowed and cleaned up. We should, in any reasonable world, get our money back."

"Our room had a wonderful view. Room & bathroom were spacious. Different entries to the buildings with different elevators was confusing at times."

Lake Placid Inn: Residences
"A beautiful place to stay. The only tiny inconvenience is that check-in has to be done at a different hotel across town. Other than that, this is a great property that we will probably stay at again. The room was beautiful and the price was reasonable."
