"The service was exceptional and attentive The food was like a work of art . Everyone made you feel special. The manager Peter went out of his way to make our 50th anniversary celebration special. We forgot our car keys and he sent a driver to the airport to drop them off. If there was one negative it’s the road coming into the property. Very rough."

"This place was absolutely perfect! The location is amazing. The staff are all super friendly, helpful, and greet you with a smile every time they see you. The rooms are well-kept and have a great kitchenette that is fully stocked. I look forward to returning to the island, and when we do, this will be the only place we stay."

"The hotel was overpriced and the room was not in good condition. The shower took a long time to figure out and it was difficult to navigate the hotel up and down the stairs, with poor signage. I do not recommend this hotel."

"11/10 everywhere! Carshina and the ENTIRE block was SUPER friendly and accommodating! Travelled as a couple, and we had ZERO issues with checking in, checking out, getting around, getting food, everything was exactly perfect and we would 10000000% come back. "We loved the ocean view. So prestien. The beds were very comfortable. I didn't feel the room was very clean. The refrigerator only had 3 legs so it would tilt and the door wouldn't stay closed. The 6-1/2 flights of stairs with large bags in the heat with no help and no elevator was grueling."

"We were unable to contact host. I message them and hotels.com several times. We did not receive the check in directions. The phone number did not work. We had to stay at another hotel. We would like a refund. "

"The panoramic views of Soufrière and the Pitons were stunning. La Haut Resort definitely has a lot of character. Unfortunately, the property feels quite run-down and could really use some updates and maintenance. However, for the price, it’s an amazing value. The staff were warm and welcoming, the breakfast was good, and the incredible views made the stay worthwhile. Definitely bring bug spray, especially in the evenings."

"You must enjoy the outdoors and all it comes with (birds, iguanas, insects, etc) when staying here. The property is beautiful. This was my first time experiencing no Ac or 4th wall. The breeze and fans kept the room cool. I advise to turn off all lights at night and bring plenty of bug spray to keep the insects away.
