Additionally during my stay the pool was out of order and there was no hot water in the room. The staff were friendly but overall the hotel is pretty dirty with mould in the bathroom, it needs a good clean and to be taken better care of. "

"When I almost check out in the morning before 9am that day, the staff keep knocking at the door. I shouted I am showering and keep press the door bell also... so I quickly shower finished... However, the two staff just opened the door and bypass to go in... luckily, I latched the door and I just wrapped with a towel only... I just opened and they said I check out? which I still prepare to check out... very bad experience and rude to open bypass, lucky I am a man as my partner not here... what if a lady how? this is a very bad experience!!"

"Very run-down hotel needs a urgent revamp. Not sure how Hotels.com could even list this on website. Breakfast one of the staff prepared an "English breakfast " overcook egg and hash brown did not even touch it. Booked for 4 nights and stayed for one. This is more like a cheap hostel rather than a hotel. Would not recommend "
