"We have stayed at this property many times when it was a Super 8. I enjoyed the refreshed look of this hotel as a SureStay by Best Western property. Glad we had a main floor unit as the elevator was unavailable. Complimentary breakfast was pretty basic. Our room with a king bed did not have nightstands on each side of the bed, which was a problem for me as I use a CPAP machine and the only place to put it was on the cooler we luckily brought with us. The newer refrigerator (with a large separate freezer area) was nice. The guest directory sheet in the room should have included information on 1) use of the television and 2) details about servicing the room."
"We stayed two nights for a birthday celebration trip. Our only issue was my fault because I didn't fully read my email. Check in is fully contactless, so their were details I missed to be able to do that correctly. The owner was gracious and had no problem helping get our room code and other information I had missed. We loved the bar, the drinks were delicious and used fresh herbs grown nearby. There were quite a few locals at the bar both nights, so you know it was good! The location is right in the middle of town so we walked to restaurants, a brewery and the train station museum in just a few minutes. I highly recommend Hotel Hardware if you are looking for a quiet, quaint, quality experience."
"Clean room but sparse furniture. Could use another chair and or table by bed. Pet friendly, nice fire pit outside. Food truck on property has small good breakfast sandwiches"
"Conveniently located. Front desk always helpful. The VIP bottle of wine was actually good which is not always the case. Breakfast is good but not fast. Hotel offers a discount at the restaurant which is nice. Repeat visit here and always solid and reliable."
"This property was old & in need of a complete restoration. I can say that it was better than nothing, barely. You should not have a facility this dilapidated in your choices of properties.
I feel sorry for the people that work there."
"Clean, well maintained property and a fantastic location for my visit to Walla Walla. I could not be happier with my experience and the hotel was a great value. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended."
