"Spectacular, immaculately maintained historic mansion. Suite (Vermillion) was on the 3rd floor, so pack light and/or have a pack mule Billy goat to carry your belongings. Well worth the climb. Spotlessly clean, historic details, the most comfortable bed and pillows, huge bathroom with Vermillion green tiled shower and massive sink. Huge closet with fridge and microwave and plenty of room to store luggage and coats. Could easily get accustomed to early morning coffee and pastries in the sunroom or on the front porch. Though the mansion was fully booked, we only ran into one other guest during the 3 days of our stay. A remarkable place to stay and will return again and again! "
