"The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and rooms was very nice. Every staff member I met was extremely nice and helpful. This was my first trip but definitely not my last. "

"I enjoyed my two day stay so much I became a Marriott Bonvoy member. However, my last day was not a busy day and I asked if I could leave an hour later (1:00 instead of 12:00) and the lady at the front desk would not allow it. This is why I give it 4 stars instead of 5."

"This is a no pet hotel but I have a registered service dog and at check in the receptionist gave me torment over having a dog. I know by law they can ask 3 different questions it’s in my paper work but she even wanted to know my medical condition and all and then s not allowed. She was rude! Never will I stay there again. She made me feel very uncomfortable there."

"Parking was good staff was very good the beds in our room however were completely uncomfortable and breaking down. If you're unfortunate enough to lead toward the side of the bed it compressed and he was sliding onto the floor. The other bed in our room was very very hard. But for some are mattresses fine the bathroom also had mold stains up under the shower lip going around the tub. "Absolutely beautiful property, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The rooms are large, cozy and nicely decorated. It was quite and perfect for couples. We had brunch at the Hickory and the food was excellent. Many activities also available on site."

"The fridge in the room was noisy. There was no complimentary tea or hair conditioner in the room. The continental breakfast was lacking in terms of what I'd expect. No variety of bagels just plain, no oatmeal or fresh fruit or hard boiled eggs available. The cereal dispenser was empty. Delivery service for take out had only one option, Italian food. We were booked for two days but checked out early. They said they would refund us for the day we didn't use but then never did give us a refund. ...
