The hotel looked nice, but when we got there every amenity was closed from the pool, spa, and resteraunt. Our spa appointments were canceled days away from our stay due to the masseuse leaving for the weekend. Our room was stated to have a hot tub, but it was just a bathtub with jets, and there was hair in the tub and stains on the curtain. Debris also came out when we turned on the tub faucet. The sink would also not stop dripping. Additionally, there were hornets in the room and the AC did not seem to turn on and stayed at 77-79 degrees. The TV also had issues staying on until we move it a certain way. The staff were friendly however! We just wish the room was as advertised and the features of the hotel were usable

Very disappointed with this stay. Restaurant was closed "for remodel" however there were no signs of remodel. The spa was closed. Pool was closed and elevator was out of order. Seriously. They were kind enough to move us from the 2nd floor down to the 1st floor. To be honest, it looks like the place is slowly dying. The coffee still had grounds from the previous people in the room. Christmas lights still up, on half of the building. The bed was hard and unbearable, terrible sleep. I cannot recommend this establishment!

Great room. Great staff. We didn’t eat there but it looked nice. The inside of the hotel has a classic feel not too modern. Very clean, just unique. Jacuzzi was awesome too

I went for my anniversary spa weekend and unfortunately the spa and restaurant were closed. I wish there was more information on their website to inform guest. Other than that the staff were amazing and the atmosphere was beautiful. Also the bed was like sleeping on a cloud very cozy during the snowstorm.

This is one of the most disappointing hotels I have ever stayed at, cleanliness is clearly not a priority here. First, we booked a balcony and hot tub room and only got the hot tub. We did not even bring it up to the front desk because they were dealing with 4 other couples screaming at them for mistakes and problems. Whatever, we move on. Then, we enter our room and its absolutely disgusting. It looks as if it hasn't been cleaned since the property was purchased. Dust ALL over like I mean everywhere, on the counter, in the fireplace bowing everywhere, even IN the fridge. Then we enter the bathroom to use the hot tub, nope cant, hair is absolutely everywhere. Stuck to walls, all over the floor, and even stuck in the drains. Obviously the room had not been cleaned. We could not even enjoy the room as the furniture was cheap, worn, and in extremely dirty condition. The couch had visible stains, which made it uncomfortable (and frankly gross) to even sit on. For en expensive room and for a place to call themselves a "resort and spa" the overall quality felt run down, extremely neglected, and poorly managed. When you charge premium prices you expect the property to delivery a quality stay, but this stay was the furthest from quality. If your looking for a relaxing resort level experience, look elsewhere.

This hotel is completely underrated! Staff is friendly and accomodating, rooms were lovely, massage was AMAZING, pool and hot tub were super relaxing. It's a great spot to get away. Also, the owner, went ABOVE AND BEYOND for a surpirse proposal. Couldn't have been happier. THANK YOU!

THE BATHTUBS HAVE MOLD. The front desk said it was missing grout, but the caulking around the tub was black. We switched rooms, and same thing. No ventilation in the bathrooms. The entrance had a ton of ice that was not well maintained with salt. The elevator was not working, so we had to haul up everything to the second floor with little kids. The biggest perk was the heated pool and hot tub which was the hole point of our stay, as my son had requested this to end his winter school vacation.

Our stay was definitely average. Their rooms need updating in the bathrooms. The sink sprays water right you! The soaking tub didn’t look clean enough to enjoy and that was the reason I picked this place. We did go down to the hot tub that was enjoyable, but I really wanted to do that in the privacy of my own room. The rooms are spacious. The staff was friendly, but the bathrooms need work

In all my years of staying at hotels with my children, I have never encountered such a rude staff! I called the hotel prior to my reservation to make sure that we could use the pool …I booked two rooms I wanted to make sure that they were adjoining rooms. She had to fix reservation because it was an additional up charge for connected rooms and there was no issue with using the pool after check out we’re leaving. When I got to the hotel to check in, my husband noticed that the lights were off in the pool and she said that there wasn’t a problem we could use the pool tomorrow still. I explained how last time We had a late check out they just activated the card to use only pool and she said no it’s all set. I got up in the morning got breakfast for the kids requested a late check out because they were still sleeping since it was New Year’s Day upon check out I was returning the hotel keys to the front desk, I had said to her I need you just to activate one so we can get in and out of the pool area and she said your reservation is done with. You cannot use the pool ma’am… She said this in front of my four children that were standing there iwaiting to go to the pool… She was rude and condescending. I asked her to speak to a manager. I was told not one on site , I said call one please I’m visibly upset and she kept talking over me and was condescending! Ma’am you are no longer a guess you cannot use the pool your children cannot use the pool. We exchanged words and I left.
