The hotel is in a business district and due to the Easter/ Holy week holidays nothing in the area was open. the hotel was deserted and I may have been the only guest. No restaurant, no breakfast at hotel or near by, essentially a ghost town. I sadly prepaid for 5 nights. When I checked out after one night there was no accommodation for a partial refund. No manager available for the 5 days and the next week I was told No Refunds. If this...

"The hotel outdoor parking seemed secured enough, there is not enough space to park at front when it gets busy. The staff was always ready to help, kind, and courteous. Breakfast was really nice and flavorful. I enjoyed the Omelette with veggies, fresh fruit, and juice. The chef was always checking-in... I definitely come back again. Thank you!! "

"The staff was rude and snobbish upon arrival. One of the fenwjw hostesses behind the front desk had the audacity to refer to me as Mr. Daniels multiple times as she could clearly see I was a woman. It was very insulting. She continued to refer to me as Mr. Daniels even after I indicated to her to refer to me Ms. Daniels.
