Beautiful historical building full of charm. The owner is very helpful and courteous. Breakfast excellent. Central location. Would highly recommend

Fantastic friendly welcoming staff in this very well located hotel, great value for money and a few mins walk from most shops and restaurants.

Our only request would be for a few channels on the tv to be in English. Many international visitors as well as British have a much better understanding of English than Spanish. Other Paradores have BBC World and Al Jesirah in English so at least guests can get news updates.

A great hotel in a great location. Highly recommended.

Perfect location lovely room. No hot breakfast

The town of Ubeda has some of the best Renaissance architecture in Europe. The hotel is a small 16th century palace with a beautiful patio in an elegant square next to the main square of the old town. All the sights are within walking distance and the bus station is only twenty minutes' walk away. I enjoyed exploring the magnificent Chapel of The Saviour, a spectacular masterpiece of 16th century Renaissance architecture, the Synagogue of the Water, a recently uncovered and restored 13th...

Hotel and rooms very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is very good as there are plenty of bars and resturants close by. Recommended by Michilen Guide since 2005

Fantastic hotel high up above the valley with wonderful views from the bar and sun terrace. Friendly staff and great service; we will definitely look to come back next time we're travelling nearby.

Excellent hotel, great room and space, very friendly staff and right in the middle of Beautiful Baeza, which is an absolute gem

All about the hotel was perfect, I would say to give more maintenence to the pool area. I enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful welcome. Clean, large room with en-suite and very comfortable sofa. Easy walk to restaurants ( including Michelin star restaurant) and great bars. Interesting walk from venue around historic sites plus lovely river walk ( saw kingfisher amongst other birds).

The property was a lovely old building which had been renovated to a high standard. It also had a lift which is helpful.

This hotel is Magnificent, what an architectural masterpiece! Everything was perfect and we cant rate our stay highly enough! The room was large, comfortable and perfect for our family of 4! We slept very well and loved the beautiful fittings and fixtures! It is an amazing example of Spains rich history and the location was perfect! We walked through the streets and ate lots of wonderful food. The breakfast was also 5* and the recommended parking was affordable and very close! Muchas gracias, we...

Beautiful, if rather remote, parador. The reception staff were particularly lovely

What a delightful hotel in a historic building, in a lovely old town. Reception was friendly & helpful, the room was spacious, comfortable & clean. As we're the public area, bar, dining room, court yard & lounge. Breakfast was very good. An advantage for us on our road trip was secure parking at the hotel for a small charge.

Fabulous rural location very welcoming staff

Month long work trip, so condition of room was important. Nice comfortable room, excellent housekeeping services, good water temperatures and pressure on shower. Foyer noises tend to carry internally which could be annoying if loud guests were downstairs and you need to sleep. Helpful staff, quick turnaround laundry service,

Located next to the motorway but our room was at the back of the hotel with beautiful views over the countryside. The room was lovely and the balcony huge. Everywhere in the hotel was immaculate. We had lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant, it was all excellent. Beautifully cooked artichokes and a fabulous game pate were our highlights. The hotel staff were fabulous and extremely helpful. Also, the hotel was extremely welcoming to our small, elderly dog. A short walk into Santa Elena...
