"Breakfast was disappointing, poor quality and staff members need more training. Asked for coffee three times and still was forgotten. During my stay there was event in neighbouring venue and loud music was played until 9pm. Hotel is OK but shows its age"

"Hard Rock Hotel has to be the best resort to stay at in Kuta. The staff are amazing, the amenities could not be better and it is so central in Kuta - whilst making sure you feel like you are in your own oasis. My family LOVED staying here on our recent holiday and we'll definitely be back!!!"
