"The entire hotel was super crowded due to a marriage event being hosted. Multiple areas were inaccessible due to the event. The event also blocked the other guests cars. The front desk was rude on the checkin and we had to wait for a day to get adjacent rooms. The issue resolved only after talking to the duty manager.
