"Our overall experience was great. The property is new, clean, and modern, and the gym facilities were excellent. Breakfast was included and had a decent selection, mostly what you’d expect from your typical buffet breakfast. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay and the property was very well situated for exploring the area. Parking was free and had a large lot, and the construction that is being done near the hotel was not disruptive at all. They had a reusable water carafe in the room and a filling station near the elevators which was something we didn’t expect but found really useful during the stay. Our only real complaint was the Storyteller restaurant in the hotel where we had dinner. The menu options were limited and overpriced for what they were. The quality of the food also left something to be desired (the fish and burger were overcooked). The wait staff was friendly, but could probably use some additional training on service. We ordered a bottle of wine, and when we were brought wine glasses, they were still wet and hot from the dishwasher. We were also brought the wrong bottle of wine and weren’t shown the bottle or got to try it before our waiter poured it. With some fine tuning and additional training, I’m sure it will be a fine restaurant, but it wasn’t a highlight of the trip for us."

"Facilities were clean but worn down. Our room had a weird smell to it like stale smoke but it’s a no smoking property. Pictures online are much better than the rooms are in person. Inside our room had worn carpet and a broken chair. We could hear the people above us walking in their room all night. Thin walls. If you’re looking for a place to just sleep and go, this would be okay. Not a comfortable place if you want to hang out in your room for the evening. I’m surprised in hotel.com it’s rated and 8-very good. Definitely a solid 7-good rating. Staff was pleasant and breakfast was very good. Overall it was the room I’d rate lower than everything else."
