"We stayed in room 12 and it was huge! We had plenty of space to repack our suitcases. The shower was high-tech and amazing. The scrambled eggs for breakfast were cooked to order - so much better than eggs on a steam table! It was easily walkable to restaurants. The hosts were friendly and efficient. "

My visit was during fall when temps were colder. The hostel was always warm after a day outdoors. The owner Luis was very kind and accommodating, making sure you have everything for a perfect visit. "LOCATION: the location is ok, Puerto Natales is a small town ~20k people so pretty much anywhere you stay is going to be close to the Plaza de Armas and Marina. SERVICE: the staff was good, when they were around. Katie helped me book my tours and gave me some great recommendations. AMENITIES: basically none. It’s a bare bones hostel. The only amenity is that you can rent all your hiking equipment from them, including boots, which is really helpful if you don’t want to carry that around for...
