"This is a very beautiful hotel. Very high class definitely a 5*
Clean and well maintained.
Staff are not very good at communicating with each other.
I enquired about a breakfast, didn’t end up having it then they tried to charge me for it.
Saying I signed for it, I didn’t took them 48 hrs to look into this and they said they would call me to let me know
They didn’t I had to keep going back to reception to ask.
Then there’s the €100 a night deposit they ask for either in cash ( their own...
