"Although it was very cold the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and provided a heater A bit disappointing was the restaurant was closed they required 24 hrs notice There was a excellent pub just 5 minute drive away The breakfast was very good again excellent staff provided a full English We had a lovely massage followed by a drink in front of a blazing fire and a very pleasant dinner"

The drive up to reception is quite long (felt like about 2-3km) but don’t worry, you’re on the right track! You’ll meet several cows on that road too so don’t go too fast! Overall an idyllic setting.
