"Great location. Recently remodelled and not ready for guests. Excellent staff at front desk (no English spoken), excellent housekeeping. Very Poor management. No manager to be found. Many things not working: no television, minimum kitchen in suites. No heat whatsoever: Bogota is often cold and heat is needed. Breakfast staff is good but breakfast minimal and poor: no cut fruit, no cereal or milk, no yogurt, no butter. NOT a good breakfast as advertised. "

"Buen servicio, pero claramente les falta personal en la recepción, ya que sólo había una persona atendiendo y varias veces tuvimos que esperar dado que había otros huéspedes. Al llegar a la recepción había ruido constante y un muy penetrante olor a pintura y solventes químicos, ya que estaban reparando un área contigua al front desk. Esto causa una pésima primera impresión en los huéspedes desde el momento en que arriban para su check-in, y deberían considerar hacerlo de otra manera. También tuvimos un desafortunado incidente con el personal de housekeeping, ya que decidieron entrar a la habitación inmediatamente después de haber tocado la puerta, sin esperar a que les abriéramos. Por suerte mi esposa y yo estábamos presentables, pero sí nos sorprendió esto en un hotel del nivel de Sofitel. Finalmente, creemos que la oferta alimenticia del hotel es bastante limitada, quizás por el hecho de estar en una zona con muchas opciones de restaurantes. Pero nos hubiera gustado que hubiera algo más para elegir."
