"Wish that the person who checked me in gave me information about the hotel. She basically gave me the keycard. And told me where the elevator was. Nothing else. No info about what was on the site. Not even the hours for the water park Found out later that I could have went to the grand cayman and use the amenities there but nope. The hotel was excellent. So very clean. For that part I really thank you but the reception check in not so much."

"Only stayed one night, so I didn't do a lot at the hotel. Employees at front desk were courteous. Rooms were clean and satisfied my needs hot shower, bed, fridge, and microwave. I did notice one of the back outside entrance handle was broken; otherwise, I have nothing negative to say."

"Fantastic location. So nice to have an outdoor pool. Beds are a bit dated but comfy enough. Easy parking. Nice to have the bagel shop and a restaurant in the building!"

"The place is great, the pool, free parking and the restaurant were all good. The location is very convenient. The only reason for 4 stars is the smell in the room and that’s probably bc the building is pretty old. They seem to try there best to keep it fresh."

"Everything at the Hotel was excellent. Staff very friendly. Everything was very clean. My only issue occurred when I called Hotels.com to check on something. Very Rude and unhelpful! First time this has happened when using them. Our stay itself, great! We would stay again."
