Hotel Best Western di Union

"It feels like a motel not the a hotel. Rooms were clean. Front desk guy was not very welcoming but he did the job by checking me in. Overall the hotel is not high class, I’d say it’s 3/5 motel."

"We missed breakfast. The room was clean anf the staff friendly. Onsite parking and a Hooters. "

"What I didn't like was my room was on the 3rd floor, and me and my girlfriend were woken up by rude guest yelling, laughing very loud in the hallway, banging doors, i frequently stay there and am very disappointed."

"Dead bugs in the tub. Zero hot water in the sink or shower. The toilet did not completely flush EVER. Third party to reach to get WiFi. Room was freezing. Had the room heater on 90 for the first 6 hours to get the room warm-ish. Mattress was not great. The dual charger by the nightstand did not work. Had to unplug the fridge to plug in my phone. Sink by the door in a tiny nook. Sink marble and backsplash weren’t even similar. Construction was going on."
