"The staff were very nice and explained about the room effectively. The environment was very good and I felt safe in the motel. I didn't notice a problem with the air conditioning. The only things I had trouble with was the air (it was giving me pretty bad allergies) and the door took some brain power to work (which might just have been a me problem). Overall, a great stay and I would stay here again!"

"Impeccably clean and well maintained. Quiet night's sleep. Large comfortable King Bed room. Convenient parking. Convenient to everything in Pullman. We've typically stayed in Colfax; but this was much more convenient. Breakfast was excellent: At least two meat choices, eggs, biscuits and gravy, along with waffle maker and all the cold breakfast items you expect. We will be back."

"Annoyed with a dog barking loud! And ppl up partying thoughout the night at 3am! But I do love the re-model, alot cleaner and nice. The morning breakfast with a burrito but nothing to warm it up on made no sense. No paper plates available? I liked the coffee machine downstairs."

"The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. We asked the staff to put out hot chochlate with their tea/coffee...and they graciously did! Mangement was friendly, and the floor level staff was nice. There was also a nice continental breakfast and also a fun hot tub/sauna that could be taken advantage of. It was a great hotel for a nice price!"
