"The staff was extremely dismissive and unprofessional during our stay regarding 2 separate issues. First the tub didn’t drain, and by the end of a shower was filled halfway. Besides being unsanitary, showers need to be staggered as it took a minimum of 1/2 hour to drain. I approached the desk staff multiple times, along with the cleaning staff regarding having it addressed. It never was, and I mentioned it again when we checked out. Clearly they did not care. Also, the room was suppose to have a hair dryer so I didn’t pack one. When my husband requested one at the front desk, he was told they were all out. I followed up and was told the cleaning staff would have to check each room for one which they weren’t going to do. "
