"There was only 1 elevator working, we had to change rooms due the ceiling leaking, you should give complementary breakfast to guest staying. Instead you pay for everything. Not even a microwave in a room. So you have to go down 1 working elevator to heat food. The only nice friend staff were the servers. "I’m not one to leave a review but it’s places like this that make me wonder how a business like this is still opened. Upon arrival, immediately I was met with a smell that smelled of sewer & chemicals. They didn’t have a room I booked so I had to settle for what they had left. On my way to room elevator broke so I had to take stairs to 4th with disabled child- fun! The whole hotel smelled of sewer. There was people walking around with ankle monitors, people arguing very loudly in their rooms....
