"Just lovey"

"I really like the lobby at this hotel. I loved the suite we were in. The pool was small. The laminate floors needed moped they made my feet very dirty. They need more options for breakfast we ended up eating somewhere else and we are glad we did. The parking spaces were way too skinny. It caused every person to be over the line. "

"My youngest daughter was bit by bedbugs. So disgusted by this. "

"Horrible, and I would not have made it a big deal had they given my money back but I got there saw the place looked nothing like the pictures and wanted my money back instantly. Literally 5 mins after it was booked. They refused to give me any kind of refund. I was on the phone an hour had to call 2x the whole time my kids are in the car bc they refused to give me my money. I’m still trying to get my money back for a room I never stayed at. DO NOT BOOK!!! They steal peoples money refuse refunds....

"Staff doesn't speak English, extremely difficult to communicate. First room I was in had no heat, they put me in another room that was heated. Also, no drinking cups/glasses, no sink stopper. It was a cheap stay, but not so convenient when the you can't verbally communicate with the staff. Super 8 by name only."

"Was a Pleasant stay the staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms were clean and efficient for what the room was needed for. My stay was from a Tuesday to a Sunday. "

"No toilet paper or towels.... super old property with the oldest comforter and pillows ive ever seen. I just wanted to get outs there."

"This place is a drug infested hotel they do not even do housekeeping we lifted up the sheets on our bed and I could not believe the significant stains and just grossness of the mattress itself The room was tore down and hadn't been cleaned at all The bathroom sink had throw up in it and stains there was dried hair around the toilet from another person the bathtub had significant dirt rings around it the mirror had spit on it I am ashamed very ashamed that I stayed there do not go to this place...

"Check-in took an unusually long time, as if the clerk was on something. The key I was given was filthy (food and dirt on it). I was not shown where my room would be, but I was able to find it easily enough. Curtains were far too thin to ensure room would be dark. Refrigerator had not been cleaned in a long time. BATTERY OPERATED smoke alarm was not present. Sink had been cracked and patched (observed this when cleaning key) Cobwebs, cockroaches, and multiple old cig burns all over shower...

"Initial check in was good, pool/hot tub was not quality. Hot tub water was cold cold. Not a huge deal just a minor headache. Beds are atrocious, went to call for more pillows. Night audit was on break, not answering phones for almost two hours. Went down and this person threw an attitude because she had to go to the desk and do her job. How did she react to such a simple request? She gave us dirty used pillows. As such, we will NOT be using Hilton products any longer. I do not recommend this...

"Decent area tho hard to find the driveway. Lobby has a horrible air freshener and tacky flowers which are immediately off-putting. Rooms are generally better but not well-cleaned. Hallways down right creepy and filthy. Gym appeared ok."

"Great stay and close to arena"

"We wouldn’t even take a shower there due to how nasty the bathroom tub was. Which for me was hard for a Two night stay. We checked the beds as we always do and no bugs was there or no bed bug spots or no roaches came which was a plus but they need to use bleach or something to get those bathrooms cleaned better. Staff was really nice, restaurant next door is a hard no but it was the only thing around. Hotel just needs to be updated and deeply cleaned "

"Bed skirts were dirty. Bathroom door didn’t shut. Shower was cold. Not much to choose from at breakfast. Wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Nice property, friendly staff. There was a baseball tournament and a pool tournament in town so there wasn't enough breakfast for everyone, but nice property within walking distance of vibrant stadium "
