"Overall ok. Very convenient to stay if you or a family member are in or having a procedure at Saint Joseph Main hospital. Literally across the street. Room was fairly clean. Cup holders in the chair were nasty was only complaint on cleanliness. Paper thin walls. TV kept turning all all through the night for some odd reason. The air ceiling vent in bathroom needs fixed as it rattled all night probably from wind in the exhaust system. Overall good. Would stay again just for the convenience next to...

"The hotel was convenient to our event and walkable to many restaurants, so we didn't have to drive. We parked our car for a fee in a lot across the street. The property was pretty clean but a little older/outdated. Nonetheless, it was a nice stay and the employees were helpful and courteous."

"It was cool to have all the art in the lobby. The room was large and mostly clean -- but there was some gunk on the shower curtain and several areas needed dusting. But the service could have been more professional. I know it was slow - but several times when we were in the lobby the staff was just scrolling their phones. Three times when we walked in the door the two men at the doors (valets, I think) did not even look up from their phones. At check out no one asked about our stay -- they...

"Wanted an additional $50 to check in to our room at 1:30 so we chose to have lunch then come back. At 3:00 no rooms were available so we had to wait an additional 30 minutes to check in. If the policy is a $50 charge to check in early it should be a &50 credit to have to check in late."

"The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. The 5:30-7 pm events on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday was delicious and I met so many people from all over the United States. The lady who was the host was so sweet and a pleasure to talk too. Tonya deserves big Kudos for helping me at check in. The young gentleman who wears a sweater and went out of his way to make my stay enjoyable. I love Staybridges Hotels. Thank you all."
