"The room had ants- at least a dozen or more, housekeeping left a clump of hair in the toilet as well as failed to reset my amenities after each day. I got moved to another room as a last ditch effort to make sure that I had a place to sleep without ants... But the experience was far from ideal and although local staff did their best, the management team was never on site and never contacted me back directly. I'm livid. "Unfortunately, water started leaking from the ceiling in the shower, coming from the shower in the floor above. It was clear there had already been a recent patch job to deal with a prior water leak. There was also mold showing through the paint on the ceiling in the bathroom and the pillow cases were not white, but yellowed. They were clean but showing age/wear."

"Office staff was very nice and changed our room since Expedia gave me a smoking room. Otherwise it wasn’t a very good stay, beds were rock hard and super noisy, towels tiny and no toiletries in the bathroom. Parking wasn’t great either and stairs looked like they were going to fall apart."

"The lady at the counter was very kind and helpful. Our first room had definitely been smoked in and the bathroom light didn’t work. We were then switched rooms but the toilet didn’t work well "

"Everything was clean. We had a room in a perfect spot - close to a door where we parked near, right across from the ice machine. The snacks/food was stocked up very good, which was important to us because we didn't always have the time to go out and eat. The staff was great also!"

"Night staff was great! Very friendly, gave us a one hour late checkout so we could shower after a soccer game. Breakfast was okay. This is the first property we've ever went to that doesn't have breakfast potatoes and as we're vegan we tend to rely on that for our morning meal. We did call ahead and were told you did have them so that was troublesome. The soy milk helped so thank you for that. "

"Stayed just 1 night as we had a soccer game in the area. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Views back toward the mtns were beautiful. The warm complimentary bfast was exactly what we needed to start our day prior to soccer. My biggest draw was the free EV parking in their covered secure garage as our schedule was tight and didn't want to fuss with finding a charge somewhere. There were 2 stalls and did have to wait but got lucky with timing. The pool/hottub were also nuce although maybe a bit...
