"The hotel had only one flaw. The pillows were overstuffed, hard and impossible to sleep on. I slept without one on the first night then went to Target to buy a pillow. May I suggest the Goldilocks solution. Since there are 3 pillows - one should be hard, one medium and one soft. All just right for for the traveler "

"I reserved a room with two beds for our family and a week before they moved the 3 of us to one king bed and made me purchase an extra room. One of our rooms was never serviced by housekeeping and the front desk does not answer the phone nor is a GM available. Our shower was a trickle of water in one of the rooms. The location however is super which is no doubt why we were treated this way at a Marriott property."

"This hotel was clean and.conveniently located. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished. The valet service made parking a breeze and the employees there were great— shout out to Owen who gave us directions and always had a smile on his face. "

"My main issue was that only one of the three elevators was operational, which caused significant frustration and stress, especially when you're lacking sleep from traveling and your only desire is to reach your room and rest, but you're unable to do so because you have to wait for an opportunity to fit into the elevator as everyone is attempting to access their rooms. Also the signature that makes the double tree stand out if the amazing colors that we weren’t offer at registration, when I asked...

"Room was decent, nothing negative. Could use more pillows & extra blanket. No closet, meaning no iron & could not hang clothes if needed. It served its purpose to be there just to lay your head & be near Notre Dame for game/concerts."

"first room smelled like cigarette smoke. Fan in bathroom was banging and sounded like an airplane was crashing in the ceiling. Floors in room were filthy. "

"Property has changed ownership and the new owners are horrible. I had made this reservation 6 months ago as soon as I purchased tickets to the Luke Combs show. The new owners refused to honor my original rate that I had reserved months ago and decided to increase the rate by over $65 the day of. It was completely unacceptable and the most ridiculous situation I've been in. the hotel was run down and not clean as the previous reviews had said. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel now that...

"Had to wait till 6pm to check into a room with only 1 bed when I reserved a room with 2 beds. No smoke detector, no hot water, no soap, plugs didn’t work properly. Blinds barely closed. The room was “clean” as it seemed like it was just finished being half remodeled."
