"Hotel is in a residential area, down the hill from the old town. We liked the peace and quiet. There is a great grocery store and coffee shop just round the corner. The hotel itself is not quite as quant as I expected. It was a bit of a maze, room we were in was modern, idiosyncratic decor."

"The air conditioning was excellent. The main problem was noise. My room was on the main street, which loud motorcyclists seem to like very much."

"Brand new, well located in the middle of everything but quietly tucked between a block of buildings. This is typical of Warsaw architecture. Old town is a quick walk away. Many museums are a close walk. The restaurant is high end. Rooms and beds are magnificent. There is a rooftop bar which is popular and small, so there is usually a wait. Lovely bikes available and other amenities. I always stay here on my Warsaw trips."

The bed and pillows as so comfy I could stayed there instead of exploring the city. **one thing of note- the toilet was swuished between the shower and sink. I was leaning under the sink a bit and was touching it at all times. If you are larger just be aware. "

"Laura was amazing. She guided us through WhatsApp, we were lost, then met us in front of the apartment. She gave us detailed instructions for getting into the apartment, which is beautiful. It was very clean, well lit and very tastefully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It is right on the square with an ice skating rink and little shops. We were so well located and comfortably walked to the various sites. Laura again walked us through buying our train tickets to Krakow. She...

"Unfortunately, my stay did not quite meet expectations. The check-in experience was uncomfortable: staff asked for my ID in broken English and, after handing it back, simply gave me my room key card without any further welcome or orientation. A warm, friendly reception would have made a significant difference. The English proficiency of the staff was very limited throughout, which made communication unnecessarily difficult and left interactions feeling cold rather than welcoming. As for the...

The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. We highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Warsaw. "
