"Clean"

"Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. "

"Clean, helpful staff, close to the mall. Wasn’t crazy about the onsite coffee shop but close to other spots!"

"Room had an odor, the water was freezing cold at 9pm and didn’t warm up at all, asked for towels and they said we had to wait until morning, breakfast was cool but they couldn’t keep it with the rush, got back from a night out and the key card didn’t work, and lastly we were out of the room by 10am and room service did not replenish anything. "

"Check in took 30 minutes as the front desk clerk was arguing back and forth with a prior visitor. My room smelled like smoke there were holes in the bedding however I choose upgraded bedding. At 1 am I discovered roaches in the room. I attempted several times to call the front desk but the line rang constantly. I then went to the front desk to speak with someone to find no one attending the front desk and a sign stating will return in 10 minutes. I waited 20 minutes but no one returned. ...

"This place was decrepit , noisy, and the people who work there demanded a cash deposit and are simply not nice. The mattress was terrible. The place was falling apart. Expedia shouldn’t list it ever again "

"We were last minute moved to an entirely different location further away from the stadium than we wanted to be. The new reassigned place was nothing like the one we booked. It was not upkept well, the building had elevator issues to a point we had to wait for a while before we could even go up to the room because the stairs were also locked. "

"We got there to the front desk the lady was amazing she said this is your room but let me know what you think if you don’t like it come back down here, the room was dirty stains on the sheets and a weird smell that should of been my clue to leave "
