University Park hotel guide. Highgate Independent hotel in University Park, Miami

Best comfort inn we have stopped in, lovely hotel, very friendly staff on check in desk, loved it

One night stay after flying in. 15 mins from the airport. Hotel was lovley and clean, staff really friendly. In a safe area close to shopping mall etc. Beds were really comfortable and the room a good size. Breakfast was also really nice with a good selection of. Would stay here again.

Lovely hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was very convenient, with shopping malls and other amenities within walking distance. Overall, a pleasant stay.

All was good no complaints at all, nice & clean.

Everything in the room was perfect. Clean and comfortable. The only thing is that you hear the noise from outside a bit, but that only affects you if you are a light sleeper.

Helpful staff

Clean room, parking and breakfast

Free shuttle was very good

The hotel is very well placed for arrivals/departures from Miami International airport. The room was really excellent including a desk area should you need it and a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning works really well and is both quiet and easilly adjustable, which is great. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and really good value for oney. Highly Recommended and we will definitely use again when transiting via this airport.

Absolutely brilliant stay. Great room, helpful staff and best of all, no crazy greedy resort fee or parking charges. Just an honest hotel, delivered exactly what I needed without fuss.

Very useful for a one night stay after a rather traumatic day on Amtrak (not their fault) Check in at gone midnight was not an issue and pleased to wake up to a nice cooked breakfast after a much needed night's sleep

Convenient for the airport and a good breakfast

Great suite and excellent breakfast. Lovely staff. Two bed suite accommodated 5 adults and 2 children well.
