"The hotel is located in the village in the middle of local home owners where you have the gorgeous view of Alps and the fresh air and the sound of the sheeps in near by pasture an unforgetable experience. The staff were super super nice accomodating. Breakfast was perfect could order your eggs the way you like or choose from variety of their own omlets or egg benedict or choose from variety of their cheeses or breads fruits yogurt cold cuts jams list keeps going on and on… we will go back...

"Nice hotel on shores of Lake Bled (although steep climb up from shoreline). Amazing pool complex that looks over the lake. Room was comfortable & quiet, although you may not look over the lake unless you pay extra. Breakfast buffet is good. You can walk to everywhere allowing for some steep climbs up & down."

"We had a lovely stay at Old Town Hostel Kranj. It’s a beautifully designed hostel, with each room thoughtfully giving a nod to the local region. Our room was spotlessly clean, modern, bright and had everything we needed. The bathroom was excellent, with a fantastic powerful shower. Communication with the owner was brilliant. "Lovely place, seemed new, with easy walk to the lake, dining and shopping. The room had fleas in a single pillow but that was handled quickly; seemed like an isolated incident, possibly a dog with the previous guest. Staff was very nice, good breakfast and we had a pleasant patio to enjoy the farm behind us."

"We had a family room which was spacious with two seperate bedrooms which is ideal when you are travelling with children. It is in an excellent location and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel."

"Checked in to an uncleaned room. No sheets, trash cans full, everything used. Said they'd send a maid to clean it. Went back to ask for a different room. Got into new room. No compensation whatsoever. Ate dinner at the hotel. Waiter rarely visited, food to table was no less than an hour. Half an hour and asked twice for drinks. Finally got up after 2 hours and left as we were the last table and our waiter had just disappeared. Smaller wellness center. For the $500+ USD this was disappointing."

"Great place for a short stay (only booked 1 night) as we wanted something close to Bled but not as expensive. Simple place, very gasthouse like but was good cost-benefit. "Very clean room and very friendly staff. The village is quiet, but only five minutes cycle ride from Bled and the nearest supermarket. I hired a bicycle at the property and that worked really well for me"
