First was dog noise caused by crappy neighbors who went exploring and left their dog to whine/bark the whole time they were gone (don't bring the dog if you're not going to keep it with you). One other item that I struggled with: Each room had two doors - front door to parking lot and back door to lawn/water. Back door had a deadbolt. Front door (which is more exposed)...
