"Filthy! Run down, paint actually pealing off the walls. Holes in the walls, filthy baseboards. Horrible noisey bed springs under the mattress. Every time you move. Toilet very hard to flush, water comes out the handle. People screaming in the parking lot. The only reason I gave it two stars is it had a parking in front of room, coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The condition of the property is -10."
