"Person at the front desk was nice. Check in was at 3 but we weren't able to check in until almost 4.we were told after the fact that the hotel just changed hands and they are working out the kinks. Refrigerator was shut off when we got in the room and took a out two hours to get cool enough to put our food and drinks in. If you are a tall person, this isn't a place for you to sleep. I travelled from Mesa to escape city life for a few days and boy, was I enthralled when I arrived and saw how absolutely beautiful the property was. All of the staff went absolutely above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as I could be as well as they were incredibly communicative. "For a luxury resort, I was extremely disappointed with the room. It was absolutely mediocre to say the least. They had virtually no amenities in the room. Not even a single bottled water .
The toiletries were also extremely mediocre and cheap.

"We loved it and well worth the price. The tiny homes are very affordable and clean, it was just what we needed.
I will say there was a majority of a whole day where the water was turned off. We didn’t get a heads up on the situation; so we didn’t get showers beforehand. We couldn’t go to the restroom. I reached out and asked if they knew the water was off and there was no reply, which was a bit disappointing, to say the least.
