"On arrival I attempted to check in, although slightly prior to 3 pm, The staff advised the unit was still being cleaned and would contact me via my mobile once it is available. I left waited until 3pm as I had not had any contact went back to the office to attempt to get into the accomodation as per the contract I was supposed to be allowed as of 3pm. I advised the staff I wish to get into my accomodation and was disappointed that I had not been contacted as promised. I was given the key and...

"Cozy place for a stop from Sydney to Gold Coast. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the trampoline. Nice short walk to the coast. Saw a big camping area on the way to the coast. Shopping and dining options are limited in this quiet area but still feel very good overall."

"It is a budget stay. Don't go in expecting a 5star resort. It has a bed, toilet, shower. For a overnight stop over it fitted our need perfectly and was good enough. Thank you."

"Room was very clean, with comfortable beds! Enough room for 5 of us. Newly renovated. On a busy street, but didn’t disturb our sleep. Better than described, we were pleasantly surprised! "

"To be honest I think I would have been better off sleeping in my vehicle. The inside of kettle in the room was disgusting , the basin was absolutely filthy and no hot water. Basically everything about the place needs a thorough make over and definitely not recommend that place."

"Absolutely wonderful. Being a single female staying in an apartment they specifically made sure I had a secure 1st floor apartment (not ground level) and explained it to me. Staff were delightful. Upgraded me from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom apartment. Secure parking, trolley for luggage, easy access to lifts. Spacious, clean & modern room. Definitely will stay again & recommend. "
