"Excellent room overall. However, the Expedia website said the property was in Torrey. It is NOT. Drove all the way to Torrey then had to call the hotel to find out it was in Caineville. Also NO food nearby. 25 minute drive to Hanksville for dinner. Eat before you head to the hotel. "

"Everything about this “resort” besides the location was disappointing. Do not trust the pictures - they vastly inflate the quality of the motel. When I arrived I was told I couldn’t get connecting rooms unless I downgraded one of my room types. I went ahead and did that as king bed rooms do not connect to double queen rooms. Typically not a problem but king rooms are in a different building so that wouldn’t work here. In order to downgrade my room I had to pay an extra $50, even though king suite room was a higher rate. All in all very frustrating as the front desk staff took a half hour just to work through that change. Not fun with kids waiting in the car. The room and grounds quality were very disappointing as well. It is basically a roadside motel, so it is hard to upgrade much but having a curtain as a bathroom door was a particularly gross touch. The pool had dirty towels strewn everywhere and generally looked much worse than pictures. The location was great. Close to the park. Just a very disappointing stay overall. Certainly the worst of our trip. And somehow the most expensive due to the overcharge by the hotel manager."

"Clean rooms, parking the pool hours being open till 11:00 PM is great."

"We stopped here on our way from Denver to Las Vegas and we were so incredibly pleased for an economy hotel. Super clean and all these little extra touches. Beds were so comfortable and breakfast was hot and delicious. I uses the office to print out some work papers. Freeze snacks and water we’re included in the room, which was such a nice welcoming touch getting in late at night. "

"The lodge was great for our one night stay. Free coffee at the deli, a short walk away. No free breakfast, FYI. Clean comfortable accomodations. "
